Cleanroom-produced tape for routing process

The CNC PRO KPC 93 is a special-grade PE Film manufactured in a Class 1000 cleanroom production facility. Besides being non-polluting and contamination-free, it boasts of very high temperature resistance, thus preventing the film from melting during routing / cutting process.

The CNC PRO KPC 93 is coated with a modified acrylic adhesive for protection of PMMA & PC plates / lens during CNC routing process.

The stable adhesive ensures firm positioning of plate and preventing it from movement. At the same time rendering it easy for peeling without residue for both top and bottom masking.

The tape is available in a range of thicknesses & adhesive tackiness to cater to different PMMA & PC, be it shining or matt, printed or coated surfaces.
 
 
 
 
无尘室生产用于绕送过程的无尘室粘胶带

在洁净度为1000的无尘室生产设备中生产的无污染和无残留的特级PE膜（耐高温，防止在绕送/切割过程中熔化）。

涂覆有一层改良型丙烯酸粘接剂，可对CNC绕送过程中的PMMA和PC板/镜片给于进行保护。

稳是的粘接削可确保加工中板材的定位并防止移位，但加工后顶部和底部的保护层易于剥离且无残留物。

提供多种可选择的粘接厚度和粘度，广泛适用于PMMA和PC板的抛光、消光、印制或涂覆表面。
